Fully Advanced certified with contemporary STOTT Pilates, with a Classical flair. Lisa has 18 years of teaching experience, in not only Pilates but other modalities of exercise. Including TRX, willPower & Grace barefoot fitness, personal rebounding, kettlebell training and yoga.
Her teaching style is supportive and empowering, yet always brings a lighthearted funness! Whether the student is looking for a kick butt workout or needs more gentle rehabilitation work, she will ensure they move forward with confidence in their own bodies.
