Sollid Flow Pilates is a Privates Pilates home studio equipped with a Reformer, Wunda Chair, Springboard and all the small apparatus the make it even more fun!
I offer one on one Pilates Sessions with option to do small group mat classes in studio or special out of studio events!
Lisa brings strength, balance and fun to every session. With a deep understanding of body mechanics and mindful movement, she helps students build a strong foundation from the inside out.
Fully certified in Contemporary Pilates, with a Classical flair. Lisa has 18 plus years of teaching experience, in not only Pilates but other modalities of exercise. Including TRX, willPower & Grace barefoot fitness, personal rebounding, kettlebell training and yoga.
Her teaching style is supportive and empowering, yet always brings a lighthearted funness! Whether the student is looking for a kick butt workout or needs more gentle rehabilitation work, she will ensure they move forward with confidence in their own bodies.
So whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Lisa is passionate about helping you feel stronger, more centered and connected to your own body!
